Matric, NQF level 5 or 6 with business/administration/long-term insurance background
3-5 years administration experience within the long-term insurance industry
3-5 years customer service experience Required Knowledge and skills
Ability to work under immense pressure – good time management/planning skills
Good interpersonal skills – dealing with staff and clients
Effective communication skills – written and spoken
Good computer skills – word and excel
Knowledge of the long-term insurance industry and onboarding procedures

DUTIES
Onboard all new group schemes and individual policy groups
Ensure that the due diligence process and compliance requirements are adhered to
Complete all workbench tasks (e.g., scheme cancellations) as required and ensure the workbench is updated timeously
Liaise with the administration and compliance department regarding agreements, marketing material and other relevant documents and information to ensure clients are provided with updated agreements that correspond to relevant master policies/product specification documents that are put in place
Ensure all new clients receive welcome packs
Monitor and maintain the onboarding dashboard and provide progress feedback to management.
Liaise with clients to request documents and information and assist with the arrangement regarding the signing of contracts both internally and externally
General administration duties required
Salary: R16,500 negotiable dependent on experience
